Arizona Gifted Academy is a small, specialized learning community in Scottsdale created for intellectually curious and highly capable students. Our program is intentionally designed to provide individualized instruction, meaningful academic challenge, and a nurturing environment where deeply curious, intellectually gifted, and twice-exceptional learners can thrive.

Bright children often develop asynchronously and benefit from greater depth, flexible pacing, and opportunities to pursue areas of genuine interest. At Arizona Gifted Academy, we prioritize intellectual engagement, creativity, and a sense of belonging among true peers.

Maintaining this type of learning environment requires intentionally small class sizes, individualized learning plans, and a high level of teacher engagement.

Tuition at Arizona Gifted Academy supports the elements that make a truly specialized learning environment possible:

Program Options

University Model Program (Hybrid)

Mondays & Wednesdays
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tuition:
$780 per month
$7,800 annually

The University Model provides a flexible academic structure for families who desire a strong intellectual community while maintaining flexibility for independent study, advanced pursuits, athletics, or artistic training.

Students attend in person twice each week for collaborative learning, project work, discussion, and academic mentorship. On alternate days, students continue guided learning at home with parent partnership and teacher support.

This model works particularly well for students pursuing deep interests beyond the classroom while remaining connected to a community of intellectual peers.

Full-Time Program

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tuition:
$1,725 per month
$17,250 annually

Our full-time program offers a fully immersive academic experience where students engage daily in individualized learning, collaborative projects, and rich intellectual exploration.

Students benefit from consistent interaction with peers who share their curiosity and depth of thinking, while teachers provide personalized instruction and mentorship designed to meet each child where they are academically and developmentally.

Founding Cohort Tuition

As Arizona Gifted Academy establishes its first student cohorts, a limited number of families will join the school as Founding Families.

Founding families play an important role in shaping the early culture and community of the school. In recognition of their partnership during the academy’s formative years, they receive preferred founding tuition.

University Model Program
$6,900 annually

Founding tuition is available to a limited number of students in the academy’s initial cohorts.

Tuition Assistance & ESA

Arizona Gifted Academy welcomes families who value a deeply personalized and intellectually engaging education for their children.

Many Arizona families utilize the state’s Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program to support tuition costs. Families are encouraged to explore ESA eligibility and other educational funding options.
